It was a decent day for me yesterday. I went 2-1 in golf which was a surprise, and I finally didn’t lose at soccer (I didn’t play!). I made it to the 60 win mark for the month which was my ultimate goal, but next month I am going to focus more on a streak than I am straight picks. I had 7 streaks of 3+ so I will start to slow things down at 3.

I 50/50′d the soccer and then cleaned up for the rest of the day. (exception… I missed the Inter game, so the pick wasn’t official). I am going to try to not pick any soccer today, since I have somewhat of a streak going.

Rough day yesterday. I will be taking a new approach next month…..NO SOCCER! I am about to round the month out at .500 and at one point I was up well over .750. So what am I going to do to celebrate this drastic measure? Pick 2 soccer games today, oh yeah!

My Pick of the Day: Since my locks have turned into, well losses, I will start calling it my “Pick of the Day”. You should probably take it as “I will pick the opposite of what you say”. Well it is…….. Montreal. I can’t keep being wrong about hockey.

As you might of guessed it, my lock of the day was a bust. I had no clue what I was talking about and it killed me, but the rest of my day was decent. Ended up .500, and I didn’t realize I was going to get in 4 picks so I missed one.

Well Ak Bars Kazan has two Finns on their team, so that is a lock right there. I have been struggling with soccer lately and the Champions League seems like it isn’t quite as high scoring as it was previously, so I am going to take the 2. Then I really don’t like the Red Wings, so I will go with Phoenix. I am sacrificing the Lakers game, but with how they are playing I don’t think I would want to take that anyways. It could be a blowout, or they might lose. Too tough to call.

Lock of the Day: AK Bars Kazan. They on paper are slightly better, plus there is that Finnish connection. Really every pick I took today is extremely tight, this one just seems more likely than the rest.

I had a very uneventful weekend on SFTC. I think I got one pick in, and it was a loss. That is the only problem with traveling in areas where you don’t have guaranteed cell service. Here is the projected picks for Monday, April 26th.
